Delivery

All Parcels sent to mainland UK are sent via a next day service using either DPD, DHL or Royal Mail. Orders ordered before 10am would be shipped the same day and orders placed after this time would be shipped the next working day.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, any orders made after 10am on Friday would be sent the next working day.

Orders being sent outside of mainland UK can take slightly longer and we would recommend expecting delivery to be around 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Bluecybercow would cover return costs for any items that are found to be faulty or damaged. When an item is being returned due to no longer needing an item, not liking an item or accidentally ordering an item, the return postage would be covered by the buyer.

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
